iPad® apps are expanding the learning experience both inside and outside the classroom. From interactive lessons to study aids to productivity tools, there’s an app for every learner.

60 Minutes ran a piece on how the iPad was being used as an assistive technology with autistic students. Many found this piece eye opening as it showed the potential for this device as an assistive technology and how it can change learning for students with disabilities or impairments.
