Setting SMART goals for schoolwork, personal activities, and more can help stay on the right course for success and provide a valuable road map for their performance journey, letting students see tangible success in real-time.
- Build Supportive Social Network
Strong social connections play a vital role in promoting mental well-being. Encourage students to build and maintain positive relationships with peers who uplift and support them. Participating in school clubs, sports teams, or other extracurricular activities can provide opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and foster a sense of belonging. Having a support system can help navigate challenges and reduce feelings of isolation.
